- A trip to Ghana 3.-25.6. Felt pens are needed for Sota School!
- Small wooden Ghanaian sculptures and dolls, and some second-hand children's books and toys are for sale at the market place twice on Sundays during the summer time.
- Come and collect empty bottles with us during Ilosaari Rock-festival in July. We take the bottles back to the shop and use the money for Sota Basic School.
- In August visitors from the Trinity Lutheran Church of Tema and from the community of Sota
- 9.8. at 5 p.m. Friendship evening at Noljakka Church - greetings from Ghana
- Joensuu Gospel-Festival 13.-16.8.
- 19.8. at 6 p.m. Friendship evening with Bible teaching in Lehmo Parish Home.
- 25.8. at 6 p.m. Friendship evening at Rantakylä Church - greetings from Ghana
